Responsibilities
Make outbound phone calls, texts, and emails to engage potential clients
Communicate the importance of income protection and family financial security
Schedule free life insurance consultations or connect families directly with a licensed agent
Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and re-engage missed appointments
Respond to incoming client inquiries promptly and professionally
Record client interactions and manage follow-up activities in the CRM system
Assist agents and clients throughout the insurance application process
Gather and verify required client information and signatures
Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and ready for submission
Help streamline the approval process to ensure families receive coverage as quickly as possible
Qualification
Required
Motivated and goal-oriented individuals who enjoy connecting with people
Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
Coachable, positive, and driven to grow personally and professionally
Preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Prior life insurance or sales experience
