Responsibilities
Support organizational change management processes
Drive conversations with business partners using strong knowledge of commercial underwriting and risk management processes
Track project deliverables, manage risks, and issues using appropriate tools
Provide direction to the project team
Monitor and report on project progress to all partners
Qualification
Required
10 plus years of experience with strong business knowledge of commercial lending origination/underwriting, including Credit risk and financial analysis
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
Superior collaboration, flexibility, and responsiveness
Strong communication abilities, with experience driving business liaison meetings and driving requirements and designs
Fluent in English with strong verbal/written communication skills
Applicants must be able to work directly for us on W2
Experience with screen design and Miro flows
Experience leading business requirement sessions
Experience running design JAD sessions and capturing details
Experience interacting with business partners and defining business process flows for target state
