Group Product Manager, Gemini Enterprise

Responsibilities
Establish clear metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess quality across the key product areas of search, assistant, and agents
Define and work with engineering teams to implement scaled experimentation systems for the product
Influence the quality roadmap for the Gemini enterprise product and platform
Define, implement, and refine quality metrics and measurement tooling for individual feature areas
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in product management or related technical role
5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.)
Experience with the domain area of generative AI or Large Language Models (LLM)
Preferred
5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership
3 years of experience as a product manager in a field such as agents and LLM quality, ranking, personalization, or recommendation systems
Experience with the domain area of generative AI or Large Language Models in the areas of metrics, quality, and evaluations
Passion for building new products, with experience taking ideas from concept to launch in ambiguous environments
