Responsibilities
Lead and scale a 30-40+ person warehouse team, including supervisors and leads
Own end-to-end fulfillment: receiving, inventory flow, pick/pack/ship, and shipping execution
Manage both DTC and wholesale shipping, including routing guides, ASN, labeling, OTIF, and chargeback prevention
Operate confidently in NetSuite (inventory visibility, fulfillment workflows, transfers, cycle counts, reporting)
Oversee operations across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring inventory accuracy and standardized processes
Build SOPs, improve layouts, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Background in apparel/fashion warehouse operations required; non-apparel environments will not translate
Lead and scale a 30-40+ person warehouse team, including supervisors and leads
