Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Technology or a related STEM field (such as Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Engineering) from an accredited college or university
Foundational knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts and 6S principles (through coursework, projects, or hands-on learning)
Interest in gaining experience in an Operations role within a manufacturing environment; prior exposure through internships, co-ops, or projects is a plus
Must be a US Citizen
This position will require a government security clearance
This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Preferred
Exposure to Continuous Improvement concepts; Green Belt certification or similar experience is a plus
Experience supporting or participating in project management activities through coursework, internships, or team projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly share ideas and collaborate with others
