Responsibilities
You'll partner with the team's Creative Director on project development, scripting ideas, strategy decks and pitches
Once projects are approved, you'll manage the production workflow from start to finish
That means crafting workback plans, managing budgets, prioritizing resources, coordinating timelines, and facilitating final delivery of all assets
You'll need to be adept at addressing logistical and creative challenges to keep projects on track and will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring alignment with both creative goals and business objectives
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience as a Producer in a creative environment such as an agency or production studio delivering video projects
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills to manage projects on tight deadlines
Capacity to change direction quickly based on evolving strategic business needs
Creative problem solving; our ideal candidate is a hard-working self starter that's constantly looking to improve process and efficiency
Familiarity with global delivery requirements including recognizing regional trends and adapting content to be culturally relevant
