Responsibilities

Lead the creation and optimization of visual content that powers brand growth and performance across marketplaces. Core duties include:
Product & Listing Visuals : Design premium main images, secondary/lifestyle shots, infographics, comparison charts, and enhanced product imagery optimized for Amazon and other platforms
A+ Content & Brand Assets : Develop A+ modules, storefront visuals, Brand Stories, and branded graphics that align with guidelines, enhance storytelling, and drive higher conversions
Advertising Creatives : Produce high-performing assets for Amazon PPC, Sponsored Brands/Display ads, social media, and digital campaigns, focusing on CTR and ROI
Performance Optimization : Analyze A/B test results, performance data (e.g., click-through rates, sales lift), customer feedback, and heatmaps to iterate and refine assets for maximum impact
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with listing writers, SEO specialists, PPC teams, advertising, and brand managers to ensure visuals support messaging, SEO, and growth goals
Compliance & Best Practices : Maintain adherence to platform policies (Amazon, Walmart, etc.), brand guidelines, and accessibility standards while staying ahead of design trends and updates
Workflow & Asset Management : Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, organize files in digital asset systems, and contribute to scalable creative processes/templates
Strategic Contributions : Provide input on visual strategy, emerging marketplace opportunities, and innovative tools (e.g., AI-assisted design) to support Epic's zero-risk expansion

Required

5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with strong focus on e-commerce/Amazon platforms (A+ Content, product imagery, advertising creatives)
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus)
Proven track record creating conversion-focused visuals that communicate benefits, features, and brand stories effectively
Strong understanding of e-commerce design principles, platform guidelines, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and optimization for mobile/desktop
Experience with performance analysis (A/B testing, analytics tools) to iterate on designs for measurable results
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork

Preferred

Experience with multi-marketplace design (e.g., Walmart, Target) or global expansion
Familiarity with AI design tools, Figma, or other modern workflows for efficiency
Knowledge of ecommerce ecosystem and competitive creative standards
