The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will lead the development and execution of the company’s commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion, while optimizing customer acquisition and satisfaction through collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with company goals and market dynamics
Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize revenue and customer growth
Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscape to identify new business prospects and areas for expansion
Manage key client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded to promote retention and loyalty
Collaborate with executive leadership to set commercial targets, budgets, and performance metrics
Oversee the creation of tailored communication strategies for diverse audiences to effectively convey value propositions
Monitor and evaluate commercial performance, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve business objectives
Drive initiatives that enhance customer orientation and improve overall client experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles within relevant industries
Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies that drive revenue growth
Strong experience in market opportunity analysis and business problem-solving
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related advanced degree
Experience working in a senior commercial role within a multinational organization
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and data-driven commercial decision-making
Proven success in leading large, diverse teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships
Certifications in strategic management, sales leadership, or customer experience management
