Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality of shared spaces
Track office supply inventory and place orders for general office and facility-related needs
Manage space planning, office moves, and workstation setup
Build and maintain relationships with employees, candidates, and third-party vendors
Serve as point of contact for general office inquiries and support requests

Lead and assist in administrative and other projects as needs arise across business functions
Qualification
Required
Experience in office or facilities management
A proven track record of building working relationships with relationships with employees, candidates, and third parties
