Responsibilities
Track workflow, case assignments and follow up
Enter and compile data, review and manage data, run data reports and represent data trends via text and images
Organize program data to support grant reporting and program evaluation
Oversee invoices, payments and reimbursements
Assist in webinar planning and logistics, follow up and evaluation
Collaborate with graphic designer to create content for programs and newsletters
Support in planning and organizing retreats and special events
Research and conduct outreach for agency webinars and events
Work collaboratively with agency staff and programs
Qualification
Required
Reliable and organized
Compassionate
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work professionally and sensitively in a trauma-informed environment
Preferred
Prior administrative experience
