Provide excellent client care
Communicate with clients and business partners by phone, email, and messaging
Use multiple systems to assist clients and referral partners
Follow established lending policies and processes
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services
Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding service
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of sales and mortgage experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to actively listen and identify client needs
Skilled in suggesting and promoting products or services
Ability to learn and use multiple technology platforms
Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
Able to manage the full client loan process and resolve issues
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with change
Strong sales performance history
Willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed
Professional and confident when speaking with clients over the phone
Ability to balance performance, compliance, and client service
Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state policies
Position requires SAFE Act registration and maintaining good standing with the federal registry system
Preferred
Contact center experience
Knowledge of loan products: Conventional, Jumbo, Government, FHA, HUD
Familiarity with underwriting, closing, and federal lending regulations
Ability to analyze credit and financial data to advise clients
Strong consultative skills and ability to ask the right questions
