The intern will contribute to go-to-market strategies, engage in various projects, mine data, and prepare presentations while collaborating with marketing experts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Contributing to go-to-market strategies and tactics that help us win with our products and customers
Engaging in projects that touch various areas of our business
Mining data and creating dashboards to monitor the progress of various initiatives
Preparing presentations and sharing insights with your team and senior leaders
Partnering with marketing experts and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business, entrepreneurship from an accredited college or university
Expected to graduate in Dec 2027 or later
Ability to work part-time (15–20 hours/week) during the academic year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Steelcase will not offer sponsorships or work visas now or in the future for this role
Preferred
Passion for marketing in a competitive, global environment with a focus on the Americas
Ability to gather market insight around trends, industry landscape to inform marketing strategies
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to create compelling marketing materials
Strong analytical thinking and ability to conduct analysis on various assignment projects
Proficiency in or ability to learn Microsoft Office (word, powerpoint and excel), Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint and AI tools; Zoom, Smartsheets. Ability to learn how to gather information/data, conduct analysis and build dashboards and visually present results
Curiosity and eagerness to learn about the product development and launch process
Highly collaborative with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem-solving and proactive learning mindset
