Support production, troubleshoot equipment/process issues
Perform in-process quality checks and defect containment
Ensure weld and manufacturing standard compliance
Communicate issues and improvements to 1st shift
Support continuous improvement and process changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
Manufacturing/fabrication/welding experience
Strong troubleshooting and quality knowledge
Ability to work independently on 3rd shift
Preferred
Welding, fixtures, tooling experience
Lean/5S knowledge
Union or automation/robot experience
