Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional and international teams
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and ensure delivery within scope
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth to empower them to contribute confidently to the team and organization
Facilitate regular updates, meetings, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
Manage relationships with international partners, adapting to cultural and time zone differences
Prepare executive status updates, dashboards, and other reporting tools that highlight progress, risks, and recommendations to support executive-level decision-making with timely insights and recommendations
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters/scope documents, meeting notes, and decision logs
Track decisions and action items to ensure accountability and timely resolution
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to workflows and project delivery practices
Contribute to the development of project management standards and best practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the VP’s portfolio
Assist in revenue management, forecasting, and performance tracking
Align project outcomes with financial goals and contribute to strategic planning

Required

Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects, with at least 3 years in commercial or revenue management roles
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Understanding of commercial strategy, pricing, or revenue management
Demonstrated ability to manage international stakeholders and navigate cross-cultural dynamics
Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, while managing and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred

PMP certification preferred
Background in the cruise industry or hospitality is preferred but not required
Industry knowledge in cruise, hospitality, or travel sectors (preferred but not required)
