Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals
Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience
Collaborate across disciplines—including product management, engineering, and marketing—to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives
Produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, visual designs) that meet strategic objectives with minimal supervision
Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis to inform design decisions
Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and design standards
Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
Actively participate in design reviews, presenting concepts and influencing stakeholders with clear rationale
Stay curious and innovative, exploring new tools, methods, and trends to elevate design quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms
Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
Preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously
