Koelsch Communities is a third-generation, family-owned organization that operates nearly 40 communities across eight states. They are seeking an experienced Executive Director to manage the operations of the Jefferson House memory care community, ensuring quality care and positive relationships with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations; Actively manage multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success

Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staff of quality associates

Build positive relationships with residents of the community, their families, and staff members

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Administrator licenseLeadership experienceCPR/First-Aid certificationSenior housing experienceRelationship building

Required

A minimum of two years of related leadership experience is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Must have a valid administrator license in states where required

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug screening, and abide by our Drug-Free Workplace policy

Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations

Preferred

Experience in the senior housing industry
