Responsibilities
Take the lead on process improvement, automation, and cost reduction internally as well as with partnerships with operations, supply chain, and technology
Provide analytical support for cost, production, operational efficiency improvements across multiple locations – for warehousing, transportation, and product distribution networks
Work closely with the technology groups for developing and maintaining advanced business tools, reports, and dashboards
Use data visualization and analytics platforms to track performance metrics and makes recommendations for process improvement
Provides facility layout, capacity and slotting analysis
Qualification
Required
6+ years manufacturing leadership
Warehouse Operations
Material handling systems
Storage Methods
Process Improvement
Networking Modeling (facilities, multiple locations)
Flow Path Analysis
Advanced principles of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics operations
Statistical Analysis – Data Driven decision making experience
Labor Analysis and productivity engineering, including engineered labor standards and incentive programs
Data analysis concepts, statistical analysis for process improvement and software tools
ERP/WMS/TMS software familiarity
Bachelors Degree in one of these: Math, Statistics, Manufacturing, Mechatronics
Preferred
AutoCAD facility layout diagrams
AutoCAD Certification
Lean Six Sigma
Must be someone who takes initiative
