Responsibilities
Observe and assist in plumbing installations, which include water, sewer, and gas lines, water heaters, tankless water heaters, and water filtration systems
Provide excellent customer service while properly addressing customer issues and ensuring effective, long-term problem resolution
Qualification
Required
Valid local driver's license with acceptable driving & criminal background record
Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results
Reliable and punctual attendance
Commitment to company values
Must have required hand tools
Individuals must be able to deadlift 90 pounds to a height of three feet or greater
Individuals must be able to hold and extend proper drain machines weighing at least 25 pounds for an extended time when applicable
Must be able to perceive and distinguish emotions, as well as deal with adversarial confrontations
Requires an ability to concentrate and prioritize multiple tasks at once
Conscious attention to detail is required to safely perform tasks
Frequently requires exposure to outdoor weather conditions and other hazards such as electrical shock, sharp objects, poisonous animals, etc
This job requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed by company policy
