Training Coordinator (Temp)
University of Alabama at Birmingham is seeking a Training Coordinator to coordinate professional development training for various staff. The role involves developing and implementing training programs, designing curriculum, and providing both classroom and one-on-one training support.

Responsibilities
Coordinates professional development training for various staff
Provides classroom and one-on-one training
Develops and coordinates individual instruction materials and provides on-site user support
Ascertains needs, researches, develops, coordinates and implements training programs
Designs and writes curriculum
Updates training manuals and maintains current educational materials
Manages training materials and documents in user-friendly formats for various end-users
Maintains appropriate records and documents the planning and implementation of all support instruction, professional development and event attendance, materials and activities
May assist with the recruitment of new program participants
Provides pre-service and continuing education activities
Participates in professional development activities and staff meetings as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
seven (7) years of related experience
Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement
