Program Manager, Integrated Operations PMO
Trilyon, Inc. has been providing global workforce solutions for over 16 years, and they are currently seeking a Program Manager for Integrated Operations PMO. This role focuses on overseeing delivery for Finance and ERP transformation projects, ensuring effective execution and governance across various stakeholders and vendors.
Responsibilities
Program & Integrated Planning: Own the integrated program plan and cutover timeline. Align release windows, SAP go-lives, SIT/UAT cycles, and hypercare across multiple vendors (e.g., IBM, Graphite, Vertex, Workday) to provide a single, trusted timeline
Cross-Vendor Coordination: Lead day-to-day coordination across system integrators and SaaS vendors. Resolve issues involving payment methods, bank keys, tax codes, and master data to prevent business teams from acting as go-betweens
Governance & RAID: Manage a disciplined RAID process using JIRA. Formally document critical decisions regarding company code/plant rules and system interactions to prevent re-litigation
Testing & Cutover: Enforce SIT/UAT governance, including test scripts, data, defect triage, and go/no-go criteria. Drive cutover execution via runbooks, sequencing, and escalation management
Scope & Delivery: Protect business priorities by distinguishing "must-have" go-live capabilities from post-go-live enhancements. Manage mid-stream scope expansion and communicate trade-offs to leadership
Data Quality: Coordinate data remediation (supplier cleansing, tax IDs, bank formats). Ensure the business validates business rules rather than raw files
Stakeholder Engagement: Own communication cadences (leadership updates, weekly change highlights) using JIRA, Slack, and Zoom. Partner with change management to drive readiness through focus groups and training
Escalation: Manage escalation paths to vendor leadership and internal executives when quality or timelines are at risk

Ability to navigate stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Treasury, IT) to reach decisions independently
Experience with multi-system integrations (CPI, PR/PO flows, tax engines) and data-quality workstreams
Experience building SIT/UAT strategies and cutover runbooks
Proficiency in JIRA, RAID logs, and GDrive in agile/iterative environments
