Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executive schedules
Prioritize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
Support recruiting activities and event planning
Oversee organizational operating cadence and ensure deadlines are met
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Google Productivity Suite
Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
Communicate proactively and with structured clarity
Organize and execute company events
Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5 years of executive support experience
Proven success in high-growth companies
Experience supporting C-level executives
Proactive intuition and ability to anticipate needs
Structured, clear communication skills
Operational excellence and strong attention to detail
Event organization experience
Ability to remain composed under pressure
Proficiency in Google Productivity Suite and MacOS

Preferred

Background in corporate finance or technology
Experience managing organizational operating cadence
Exposure to recruiting and event planning in a tech or finance environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
