Qualification
Required
MA Real Estate License (or working toward it)
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable with tech—real estate platforms, CRMs, social media
Self-starter mindset with the drive to hustle
Ability to work independently AND with a team
Passion for real estate and a hunger to grow
Preferred
Have experience in real estate or sales
Know the Boston neighborhoods like the back of your hand
Speak multiple languages
