AI/ML Development: Design, build, and optimize AI/ML features to improve lead generation workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and fellow engineers to deliver high-impact solutions
Scalable System Design: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions aligned with business needs
Technology Innovation: Research and apply emerging AI/ML technologies to Lead Generation initiatives
Technical Leadership: Promote modern tools, best practices, and innovative approaches to maintain technical excellence

Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models
In-depth understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and delivery
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving requirements
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and development tools
Experience with system-related development technologies such as SQL, Visual Basic, or similar
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field required
