Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Respond to customer inquiries through email tickets and live chat platforms
Receive, document, and assist with customer complaints and service concerns
Direct customers to appropriate account managers and service supervisors when needed
Support communication efforts aimed at improving customer experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Assist with company campaigns related to new and existing services
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to support service improvements
Work within existing phone systems and tools while identifying opportunities to improve communication processes
Qualification
Required
One to two years of work experience and at least one year of college are the required education and experience
Customer service and professional communication skills
Experience handling multiple communication channels
Problem-solving and conflict resolution
Exposure to customer experience metrics and service improvement initiatives
Collaboration with internal teams in a corporate environment
