Responsibilities

Lead the structuring, negotiation, and governance of sophisticated enterprise contracts across MSP, RPO, services procurement, employer of record, agent of record, and VMS solutions
Work closely with sales, implementation, supplier management, and global legal colleagues to enable growth while managing legal, regulatory, and commercial risk across a fast‑moving, multi‑jurisdictional environment

Qualification

Juris DoctorContingent labor legal experienceMSP contract negotiationWorker classification knowledgeContracting frameworks designCommercially minded approachProblem-solving skillsExperience in fast-paced environment

Required

Juris Doctor with active bar membership (Florida or other US state/province, or eligibility for Authorized House Counsel status)
Significant contingent labor legal experience (typically 10+ years) in particular with MSPs (Managed Services Provider) structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex enterprise services agreements
Deep understanding of worker classification, alternative workforce models, and cross‑border legal considerations
Proven experience partnering with senior commercial leaders in a sales‑driven, enterprise environment, with confidence influencing at executive and board level
Ability to design and scale contracting frameworks, templates, and processes that support global delivery
A pragmatic, commercially minded approach to risk management and problem‑solving
Experience in a fast paced, production -oriented environment with shifting priorities
