Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day workload across WordPress websites, enhancements, fixes, and integrations
Prioritize developer tasks daily (new builds, revisions, bug fixes, help desk tickets)
Keep projects moving through a clean workflow: intake → build → QA → revisions → final approval
Lead QA across every deliverable before it goes to Account Managers or clients
Ensure websites are polished, error-free, responsive, and functional
Validate core standards: layout consistency, spacing, typography, forms, links, speed, mobile UX, etc
Catch the “little things” before they become big problems
Coordinate and QA integrations such as:
CRM / lead forms and tracking
PMS integrations & API’s
Analytics + conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixels)
Embedded tools and widgets
Partner with developers to ensure integrations are implemented correctly and tested end-to-end
Oversee incoming support requests and triage based on urgency and impact
Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure clean resolution
Maintain clear internal communication so Account Managers always know status and next steps
Increase throughput without sacrificing quality by improving how work is scoped, assigned, tracked, and QA’d
Reduce revision cycles through stronger checklists, clearer requirements, and better first-pass execution
Identify bottlenecks (handoffs, approvals, unclear tickets, inconsistent QA) and implement fixes that stick
Develop offshore team performance through coaching, feedback loops, and clear standards
Use AI to improve speed and consistency, including:
Faster QA with AI-assisted checklists and issue detection
Cleaner tickets/specs using structured prompts and templates
Better documentation and SOP creation
Smarter help desk triage for quicker turnaround
Dev tasks are organized, prioritized, and moving daily without chaos
Websites are delivered on time and client-ready
QA issues decrease because problems are caught earlier and standards are tighter
Account Managers trust what they receive is ready to go
Developers get clearer tickets and fewer “drive-by change requests”
