The intern will assist in creating architecture documentation, developing ServiceNow AI automations, and supporting security and system topology documentation for key IT applications.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain clear, accurate architecture documentation for the DSC and FCT systems, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
Lead automation of core use cases using ServiceNow AI, partnering with external vendors to design, build, and validate automated workflows
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and drive continuous improvement across architecture and automation initiatives
Ensure all documentation and automation deliverables comply with best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability
Produce training videos that clearly demonstrate key NetStar features and functionality
Update and maintain Confluence documentation; establish an ongoing update process for NetStar training materials
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program
Preferred
Computer Science
Knowledge of Python, SQL and other Analytical tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Has a driven and proactive mindset that able to challenge the status-quo and come up with creative and efficient solutions
Collaborative approach to completing assigned tasks
