Responsibilities

Assist with special projects such as file review, auditing, tracking, etc
Provide assistances with agency staffing review, on boarding, and interviews
Stand and walk frequently at times within the facility to perform work assignments
Always maintain confidentiality
Review completed task for accuracy, attention to detail is required
Welcome visitors upon arrival
Direct them to the appropriate person or department
Answer basic inquiries and maintain a clean reception area
Create a positive first impression by providing friendly and professional customer service
Daily contact with female offenders, must always follow prison policies and procedures

Required

High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Documented knowledge on following written and oral instruction
