Sales Operations Specialist
Behr Paint Company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to serve as a point of contact for external customers and sales team members regarding sales operations and logistics. The role involves ensuring master data accuracy, supporting the sales team with systems and technology, and managing various sales-related processes and initiatives.
Architecture
Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate the sales onboarding process for newly hired sales team members and manage sales team’s change in status
Develop and implement new customer and material master data based on customer contracted and/or business requirements
Mange, track, administer and reconcile customer’s merchandise orders to ensure on-time delivery
Collaborate with internal and external teams for successful launch of sales initiatives and programs to ensure alignment organization wide on operational/sales goals
Govern, create, maintain, and audit SAP and CRM customer and financial master data for accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal SOX controls
Manage, create, monitor and quality assurance of product content management in internal, external and customer’s systems
Troubleshoot issues identified, create root cause analysis, determine and deliver solution-based course of action
Manage and coordinate sales team/training meetings, facility tours, presentation materials, and conference calls
Provide ad hoc reporting to sales management team
Developing standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
