Manage candidate pipelines with clarity and care
Embed themselves within the fast-paced IB hiring cycle
Act as the driving force behind Early Careers strategy and delivery
Qualification
Required
Around 2 years' experience in recruitment, ideally within high-demand markets
Proven ability to build trust with clients and guide junior candidates
Confidence pitching in a space where the product (you) matters
An appetite to build something of your own within a strong framework
Enough self-direction to thrive in an autonomous environment
