The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruiting operations for hourly direct-hire roles, ensuring a consistent and compliant hiring process.

Responsibilities
Review incoming resumes and applications within Paycom to identify qualified candidates
Screen applicants against job requirements, compliance standards, and organizational needs
Advance candidates through Paycom recruiting workflows, ensuring accurate status tracking at each stage
Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate fit and prioritize applicants
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, notes, and disposition reasons in Paycom
Provide regular status updates to HR and hiring managers on open requisitions
Conduct cold outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline building using Paycom and external sourcing tools
Support offer coordination, pre-employment steps, and handoff to onboarding processes within Paycom
Expand direct-hire candidate pipelines to reduce dependence on staffing agencies
Identify recruiting, onboarding, or handoff process gaps contributing to early turnover and assist with corrective actions
Ensure recruiting practices align with company policy, data integrity standards, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in human resources and recruiting
Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate resumes against job requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Paycom is a plus
Experience recruiting through Indeed, LinkedIn, or other web-based recruiting platforms
Experience cold calling or proactively sourcing candidates
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
