Strategic Sourcing Manager
The Nagler Group is a growing, mission-driven organization seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead the development and management of supplier contracts. This role involves taking ownership of a supplier portfolio and driving value through strategic supplier partnerships while ensuring contract performance.

Responsibilities
Strategically position your portfolio to deliver value and encourage supplier participation
Identify, vet, and onboard new suppliers aligned with member needs and purchasing patterns
Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and actively promote their products/services to members
Manage the full contract lifecycle: market research, RFPs, bid processes, evaluations, and awards
Monitor supplier and contract performance to support data-driven decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally to expand contract offerings in line with evolving member needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing across multiple supplier categories
Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
MCPPO certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain with company support)
