Human Resources Coordinator
LHH is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to support their client's daily HR operations and general office functions in City of Industry, CA. This role involves providing day-to-day HR support, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with employee relations and HR projects.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR support including onboarding, new hire documentation, I-9 verification, and personnel file maintenance
Assist with employee relations support, HR inquiries, and internal communication
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, filing, document preparation, and front-office coordination
Support HR projects, reporting, and compliance requirements
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy across all HR and administrative functions
Assist with bilingual communication needs across teams (English/Spanish)
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of Human Resources experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work onsite in City of Industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
