Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients through research, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct client capabilities and creative presentations along with other team members and negotiate/secure business deals
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative department, and Executive Producers to work on creative pitches
Provide regular updates and reports to management on progress, challenges, and achievements
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and contracts

Required

5-7 Years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software a plus
