Responsibilities
Provide first-class technical support for all computer systems on the property, configuring, installing, maintaining, and training concessions point of sale systems, as well as troubleshooting TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connectivity, Android OS, and Windows OS issues, Retail POS, and Apple OS issues
Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals for end-users, as well as terminating and running low-voltage cables (Cat5e/Cat6)
Provide support for events, marketing, and manager meetings, including the setup and teardown of laptops and projectors
Maintain digital signage throughout the property
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in IT, MIS, and CIS
Proficient with Microsoft applications and operating systems
Capable of identifying problems and researching solutions
Capable of retaining PCI compliance certification and measures
Ability to lift to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
