Leading client relationships with confidence and autonomy
Managing and reviewing work across our tax and accounting service areas
Supporting and coaching staff with clarity, kindness, and accountability
Driving client results and firm-wide standards with a growth mindset
Ensuring all client work is moving forward on time and at a high standard
Staying on top of billing, collections, and financial follow-through
Delivering excellent, responsive client service at every stage
Holding yourself and your team accountable to firm goals and timelines
Qualification
Required
A proactive, organized CPA with 7+ years of industry experience
You understand the power of advisory, not just delivery
You know how to manage deadlines, people, and relationships

Proficient in CCH Axcess products (Wolters Kluwer), Microsoft Office, and tax/accounting software
