Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and proactively communicate impacts
Track progress, analyze schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions
Support project managers and construction teams to ensure alignment with expansion goals
Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and executive-level reports
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure schedule accuracy and integrity across all project phases
Qualification
Required
10+ years of project scheduling experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong hands-on expertise with Primavera P6
Proven experience supporting large-scale capital expansion projects ($300–$400M)
Solid understanding of construction processes for industrial or pharma facilities
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
High adaptability and ability to perform in dynamic project environments
Preferred
Experience working in a chemical manufacturing or chemical management plant
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred, not required)
