Responsibilities
Build a strong pipeline of candidates using modern, digital recruiting strategies
Create content that promotes job openings and showcases the real people behind our company
Film short-form content consistently (Reels, TikToks, Stories, behind-the-scenes, LinkedIn content)
Interview, screen, and connect talent to the right opportunities
Improve candidate quality through branding, marketing, and smarter sourcing
Help grow new client opportunities through strong presentation and communication
Use solution-based recruiting and marketing backed by real industry knowledge
Work directly with leadership to build a digital recruiting strategy that delivers results
Qualification
Required
Have a strong social media presence and enjoy being on camera
Have an established following and know how to build engagement
Understand what performs online and how to turn attention into action
Know how to communicate professionally with personality and confidence
Understand branding, SEO basics, and how to create a strong digital presence
Are consistent, organized, and can follow through without being micromanaged
Love meeting people, building relationships, and making things happen
Want to be part of a fast-moving, high-energy team environment
