Program Manager
Digital Promise is a global nonprofit working to expand opportunity for each learner. They are seeking a Program Manager to support a growing portfolio focused on meeting the needs of edtech solutions for neurodiverse learners, facilitating collaboration between practitioners and ed tech developers.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a process for ongoing review and maintenance of content in the Learner Variability Navigator
Actively monitor emerging edtech trends to inform and refine program strategies for increased impact
Co-design and deliver webinars and professional learning for educators and edtech partners
Inform and support tactics leading to increased reach of Digital Promise’s resources and tools to support neurodiverse learners
Lead recruitment of program participants and coordinate cohort activities
Track KPIs to measure programs outcomes and successes
Set annual program goals with leadership and implement strategies that meet those goals
Engage in cross-team collaboration on relevant projects
Develop and implement project plans for the launch and management of initiatives based on grant proposals and project requirements
Manage planning and resources for meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics management and workflow processes
Manage multiple deadlines with ambitious deliverables and complex goals
Meet process and quality expectations, setting timelines and work plans accordingly, which may include assigning tasks to others
Maintain thorough project documentation for internal and external partners, and to support grant reporting
Take direction and elevate questions to ensure understanding of work objectives
Deliver clear verbal and written communications with relevant stakeholders
Exercise good judgment and ability to carry out defined tasks and procedures
Understand and meet process and quality expectations of project leaders in their work, carrying out assigned tasks within work plans and meeting deadlines
Think, work, and plan sequentially towards outcomes on various projects, managing multiple deadlines and needs of different stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
4-7 years of related experience. Experience in edtech required, experience in neurodiversity in education a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
Proven ability to keep complex flows of work activity well-organized, productive, and on track, including knowledge of project management tools. Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, Google Workspace, and/or Slack a plus
Experience working with edtech companies in product development; experience working with teachers in research and/or co-design a plus
Preferred
An interest in redesigning learning systems
Experience collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure information is shared, projects are completed on time, and goals are reached
Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage completing tasks, deadlines, requirement, and decisions
A team mentality, with a creative and positive, 'can-do' spirit
