Responsibilities

You are a relationship builder! This is a sales-driven position where you develop relationships with clients who have specialized technology staffing needs and find highly skilled IT professionals to place into their open roles
Sourcing Candidates: Proactively via LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Referrals, and our Internal Database
Proactive Business Development: Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles and opportunities
Full Recruitment Process Management: Arranging job interviews, salary negotiation, and closing to ensure the successful placement of your candidates

Qualification

Outbound sales360 recruitment experienceProactive business developmentRelationship buildingAmbitiousDrivenResilientFluency in English

Required

Previous experience with outbound sales is required
Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred

Cold calling experience is preferred
Previous recruitment experience, preferably handling a 360 desk (client and candidate-facing)
Ambitious individuals with a proven track record of success. This could be through sports, extracurricular activities, or your previous sales role(s)
Driven and resilient individuals with an ongoing desire to improve
