Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive process development support to a Business Transformation Team
Gathering and documenting detailed process data
Analyzing process requirements
Identifying inefficiencies or areas for enhancement
Creating supporting documentation including policies and Standard operating procedures (SOPs) in support of process flow diagrams
Propose optimized solutions aligned with organizational goals
Support identifying and implementing potential improvements to streamline operations
Reduce redundancies
Enhance overall efficiency
Meeting management assistance
Ensuring the seamless planning, scheduling, and execution of team meetings and collaborative sessions
Preparing meeting materials such as agendas, reports, and presentations
Recording action items
Facilitating follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks
Providing technical and logistical support for in-person and virtual meetings
Leveraging tools like Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, and other collaboration platforms
Qualification
Required
BS or BA degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience with process development/improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft SharePoint
Experience with Power BI or other process improvement software tools
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
