The role involves wiring electrical panels, working closely with the project team to meet customer schedules and budgets, and performing inspections and testing of the panels before shipment.

Responsibilities
Layout panels/enclosures following wiring diagrams, schematics and pictures
Mounting of components onto panels or into enclosures
Wire control panels per schematics and specifications
Read and understand wiring from a panel/electrical schematic
Working knowledge of UL508a, UL698, and NEC standards for panel building
Qualification
Required
High School Education or GED or related work experience and technical capability
Ability to interpret electrical schematics and/or information in the wiring of the panels
Working knowledge of UL508a, UL698, and NEC standards for panel building
Ability to use basic shop tools and practices
Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor
Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently
Ability to read written instructions and blueprints
Ability to understand verbal instructions
