Responsibilities
Source new land opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building
Prepare and manage land acquisition packages for internal review and approval
Coordinate and schedule tasks related to land acquisition projects
Submit required documents accurately and on time to meet contractual deadlines
Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities
Evaluate land values, zoning regulations, and development potential
Utilizing Excel proforma to show economic effects on the current deals
Engage in networking events to build a portfolio and strengthen industry connections
Maintain a strong portfolio of contacts with landowners, developers, and brokers
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of industry experience (Land acquisition/ development, entitlements)
Strong proficiency in Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with a construction, residential, homebuilder, real estate
Preferred
Experience with Pivot tables and V-look ups
