Responsibilities
Updates and validates network topology and generator parameters to reflect operational changes in the transmission grid
Troubleshoots common software issues related to energy management system displays and data accuracy
Assists in implementing minor enhancements to improve operator interface and usability
Monitors real-time data streams for anomalies and collaborates with field technicians to resolve discrepancies
Prepares and executes test scripts for system updates under guidance from senior engineers
Reviews and corrects inconsistencies in graphical representations of transmission assets
Supports compliance documentation for operational standards and audit requirements
Participates in disaster recovery exercises and ensures backup data integrity
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
