Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex divorce and family law cases from intake through resolution, including strategy development, discovery, negotiation, trial preparation, and settlement
Supervise, mentor, and support junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Oversee case staffing, workflow efficiency, and quality control across matters
Conduct high-level client intake meetings and serve as a strategic representative of the firm
Collaborate on firm-wide best practices, business development initiatives, and operational improvements
Support the development and refinement of modern systems, workflows, and legal processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years of substantive divorce and family law experience, including high-asset and complex matters
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience managing legal teams or associates
Strong communication skills, with proven ability in trial preparation, negotiation, and client counseling
Tech-forward mindset with familiarity in practice management systems, digital workflows, and efficient project delivery
Commitment to providing empathetic, strategic advocacy in emotionally sensitive situations
