Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain project quality
Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk assessments. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree /Technical school or equivalent
3 years of relevant experience in the field
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5 years of relevant experience in the field
Experience working on infrastructure, information security, and/or cloud-based project (highly preferred)
Experience leading projects or gathering business requirements
Experience managing small to medium project teams (2 to 7+) within a matrix organization, and projects in multiple technologies and/or business functions
CRT - Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Project Management Institute
