Responsibilities
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents
Develop and execute litigation strategies in state and federal courts
Participate in depositions, motion hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Conduct legal research and produce persuasive written and oral advocacy
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar
Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment
Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgment in complex or high-pressure situations
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
