Responsibilities
Oversees the staff in the Central Supply department
Trains all new department staff
Responsible for the Central Supply staff's daily schedule
Arranges daily staffing needs
Ensures both Central and hospital employees are compliant with the department regulations (proper attire, no food and drink, etc.)
Has the authority to direct and support employees daily work activities. Has authority to undertake or recommend the following employment actions: hiring, termination, corrective action and performance reviews
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
0-1 years related work experience required and 0-1 years supervisory/management experience required
Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access
Preferred
A year or more of experience as a Central Supply Supervisor or equivalent in training preferred
