Responsibilities

Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across assigned territories or verticals
Prospect new customers through outbound efforts, networking, and collaboration with internal marketing and channel partners
Present and position Lightstream's voice, customer experience (UCaas/CCaaS), and network connectivity solutions to C-level, IT, and operations stakeholders
Collaborate with internal solution architects and service delivery teams to design and deliver customized, high-impact solutions tailored to customer needs
Manage the entire sales process from initial discovery to contract execution, with an emphasis on new logo growth and recurring revenue generation
Build strong relationships with channel and technology partners to expand your reach and accelerate pipeline growth
Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and CRM documentation for all sales activities and deal progress
Travel as needed to support customer and partner meetings (up to 40%)

Required

Two to five years of B2B sales experience in telecom, network services, or customer experience technology
Proven ability to prospect, engage, and close new business with a focus on monthly recurring revenue
Working knowledge of network solutions (dedicated internet, broadband aggregation, SD-WAN, wireless backup) and voice/CS platforms (UCaaS/CCaaS)
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and closing skills
Existing relationships or active customer accounts with the telecom or customer experience ecosystem are a strong plus
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
