Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions, reservations of rights, and disclaimers
Litigate insurance coverage disputes, including declaratory judgment actions
Advise insurers on exposure mitigation, policy interpretation, and emerging coverage issues
Handle subrogation recovery matters and collaborate with defense teams where appropriate
Maintain direct client relationships and provide strategic, cost-effective legal counsel
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of insurance coverage analysis and litigation experience
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Comfort advising insurer clients and handling complex policy issues
Admitted in New York (additional admissions a plus)
